Blackberry Coconut Smash


• 2 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22 or Dry Gin 7
• 1 oz. coconut milk
• 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
• 1/4 tsp. rosewater
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Blackcurrant Bitters
• 2 fresh blackberries, plus more for garnish


1. Muddle two blackberries in the bottom of a rocks glass, then top with crushed ice.
2. Add remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice for shake for 5-10 seconds.
3. Strain and pour over the crushed ice, give it a light stir, then top with more crushed ice (if needed) and fresh blackberries.
4. Enjoy!
