Ingredients

ounces Hibiscus Hydration infused Dillon’s Cranberry Gin
- 3/4
ounce Dillon’s simple syrup
- 1/2
ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2
ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1
dash rose water
- 1 1/2
ounces soda water
- 1
egg white
- 1
ounce heavy cream
How to prepare
- Step 1
- Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker.
- Step 2
- Dry shake for 15 seconds.
- Step 3
- Add fresh ice and shake for 90 seconds.
- Step 4
- Add a splash of soda to the tin and pour into a chilled straight sided highball until it reaches the top.
- Step 5
- Allow the drink to settle for 60 seconds.
- Step 6
- Pour the remainder of the soda directly on the center of the drinks surface and watch it rise up.
Hibiscus Hydration infused Cranberry Gin
- 250mL Cranberry Gin
- 15g FLOWRS Hibiscus Hydration tea
*Place tea in a container with gin and allow to sit for 60min. Strain and package.
