 ounce Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 1
 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 2
 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 3
 ounces Sapsucker The Grapefruit One Sparkling Tree Water
Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your favourite rocks glass add the Dry Gin 7, grapefruit juice and bitters. Stir to open.
 - Step 2
 - Add ice and top with Sapsucker The Grapefruit one.
 - Step 3
 - Stir again to combine and garnish.
 - Step 4
 - Enjoy!
