Strawberry Negroni

A Negroni but with a strawberry twist

When your cocktail only has three or four ingredients, they all have to be top notch. We love using the Strawberry Gin here as it lends a slightly sweeter finish to the typical bitter Negroni.

Ingredients

1

ounce Dillon’s Strawberry Gin

1

ounce Dillon’s Sweet Vermouth

1

ounce Aperitivo {Campari, Aperol or Select}

3

dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters

Lemon wheel or peel, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
In your mixing glass, add all of the ingredients with ice. Stir for 15-20 seconds.
Step 2
Strain your cocktail in an ice filled rocks glass or straight up in your favourite coupe.
Step 3
Garnish with lemon & enjoy!
