Ingredients
- 1 1/2
ounces Dillon’s Vodka
- 1
heaping barspoon Cherry Merlot Jam {we’re using Provisions Food Company}
- 1/2
ounce fresh lime juice
- 2-3
dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters
- 2-3
ounces ginger beer
Fresh cherry & thyme sprig, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- In your cocktail shaker add all the ingredients {except the ginger beer} with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Step 2
- Strain into an ice filled Collins glass or copper mug.
- Step 3
- Top with ginger beer. Stir to combine.
- Step 4
- Garnish & enjoy!
