Ingredients

ounces cucumber infused Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22

1/2

ounce Dillon’s Vodka

1/2

ounce Lillet Blanc

3

dashes Dillon’s Lime Bitters

3

dashes Dillon’s Absinthe

Cucumber ribbon, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Make the cucumber infused gin by adding 1 cucumber (chopped) to a jar with 500mL of Unfiltered Gin 22. Shake and leave to infuse for 3-4 days. Strain.
Step 2
Add the infused gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, bitters and Absinthe to a shaker, add ice and shake.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.
Step 4
Enjoy!
