ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3
dashes Dillon’s Pear Bitters
- 1
egg white
- 1/2
ounce Provisions Fig & Vanilla Jam
- Dehydrated
Orange peel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker.
- Step 2
- Dry shake {no ice} for 20 seconds.
- Step 3
- Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds.
- Step 4
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
