Ingredients
- 1 1/2
ounces Dillon’s Pear Gin
- 1/2
- 1/2
ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2-3
dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
- 2
ounces soda water
Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
Pear slice, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- In your cocktail shaker add all the ingredients {except the soda water} with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Step 2
- Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and top with soda water. Stir.
- Step 3
- Garnish & enjoy!
