Ingredients

1 3/4

ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky 

1/2

ounce strawberry rhubarb jam

1/2

ounce fresh lemon juice

2-3

dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters

3

ounces Ginger Beer

Fresh strawberries, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Add the rye whisky, lemon juice, bitters and jam to your cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into an ice filled glass, top with ginger beer.
Step 4
Garnish & enjoy!
