ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky
- 1/2
ounce strawberry rhubarb jam
- 1/2
ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2-3
dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters
- 3
ounces Ginger Beer
Fresh strawberries, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- Add the rye whisky, lemon juice, bitters and jam to your cocktail shaker.
- Step 2
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Step 3
- Strain into an ice filled glass, top with ginger beer.
- Step 4
- Garnish & enjoy!
