ounces Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 1/2
ounce Dillon’s Tonic Syrup
- 2
ounces Spiced Apple Cider
- 3
dashes Dillon’s Cranberry Bitters
- Cinnamon
stick & apple slice, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- Add apple cider and mulling spices to a small saucepan.
- Step 2
- Heat over low heat and allow spices to infuse for 20 minutes.
- Step 3
- Allow cider to come to room temperature.
- Step 4
- Add gin, spiced cider, bitters and tonic syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Step 5
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Step 6
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Step 7
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice.
