Cheers to Gin!
After a banger of a party last year we are thrilled to be announcing the 2026 date of The Juniper – A Spectacle of Gin at Dillon’s.
Saturday, June 13th from 2-7pm here in the distillery garden
And it turns out that the stars have finally aligned and The Juniper will fall on World Gin Day! How cool!
If you’ve not had the chance to attend the event before, here is a quick 411 on how it all works:
- Date: Saturday, June 13th
- Time: 2-7pm
- GIN cocktail stations hosted by a group of our favourite barkeeps including Pharmacii, Wandering Spirits, The Mixology Coach
- Food from local restaurants – Fat Rabbit, Brindle, Niagara Food Company
- DJ & live music from DJ Tanner and Figure Four
- a friendly cocktail competition with awards for people’s choice and judge’s choice
- Tickets are $15 each plus tax
- Drink & Food for sale a la carte {we don’t have an ATM on site so don’t forget to bring cash!}
Kids & dogs {on leash and well behaved} are always welcome.
