Our tasting space is small (but mighty) so there may be times when the tasting bars are full. Tastings on weekends are first come first serve. We encourage making a tasting reservation for weekday visits via the link below.

If you're looking to book a private tasting or a tasting for more than six {6} guests or a tour operator looking to bring a group by the distillery, please email to check availability.

Tastings are $10 per person and include four {4} spirits.

Kindly note - last call for alcohol {tastings} is 4:45pm daily so we can ensure you get the best experience possible!

Looking for something a little more in-depth? We are excited to share a few experiences to really take your spirit knowledge & expertise to the next level.

• The Craft Your Own Gin Experience - see what it takes to make our award-winning gins & have the chance to craft your own. This experience is 1.5-2 hours in length and includes a take-home 200mL bottle of your own custom crafted gin.
• The Cocktailing Experience - come craft cocktails with us! Each interactive experience will have a unique theme {spirits, cocktail types, shaken vs. stirred} and we'll mix up cocktails together and share the recipes to take with you to recreate at home! 1.5-2 hours.

$75 per person {includes a 15% discount to be used on anything purchased in the Sipping Room following your experience}

Guided communal tours are available on Saturday & Sunday each week at 1pm. Your tour includes a cocktail to enjoy while learning (you can select from our collection of canned cocktails - selections may vary) and a tasting of four (4) spirits. Your tasting will include three of our signature spirits plus another of your choosing.

$30 per person. Our communal tours will be capped at 10 people.

Our distillery garden cocktail bar is open for another season of sipping! Join us Friday-Sunday from 12-4pm for a selection of tried-and-true favourites and weekly cocktail features.Weather permitting.

DIRECTIONS FROM TORONTO

Find yourself on the QEW Niagara from Burlington (25mins) and travel East toward Niagara. Take the Ontario* Street exit #64 after Bartlett Street and head left (North) off the ramp to the North Service Road. Turn right (East) along the North Service Road before passing under the Tufford overpass where we are immediately on the left in the large blue warehouse.
(Tip: It’s the second Ontario Street exit when travelling from Toronto — not the first)

DIRECTION FROM NIAGARA

Take the QEW Niagara from St. Catharines area (15mins). Take the Victoria Avenue exit and head North off of the ramp and then the first left onto the North Service Road. Travel West until you see Dillon’s large blue warehouse adjacent the Tufford Road overpass.
