Crafted with Unfiltered Gin 22 as the base, we peeled and steeped a whole bunch of local cantaloupe melons and then sweetened it with organic cane sugar.

Local Bartlett pears were distilled and macerated in our Dry Gin 7 and finished with warm spices including green cardamom, orange peel, cassia bark then lightly sweetened. Try it in a Collins, or Clover Club.
