The Blueberry Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 ounces Dillon’s Vodka
1 ounce Dillon’s Classic Simple Syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
3 dashes Dillon’s Fennel Bitters
2 ounces soda water
fresh blueberries, to muddle + garnish

 

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. In your cocktail shaker muddle 4-6 fresh blueberries {frozen would work in a pinch too}.
2. Add the Vodka, syrup, lemon juice and bitters to your shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fill your glass with ice.
4. Strain cocktail into glass, top with soda water and garnish with fresh blueberries.
5. Enjoy!
