Ingredients

ounces Dillon’s Melon Gin
- 1
ounce fresh melon juice (we blended & strained 1 cup of cut cantaloupe)
- 0.5
ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2-3
dashes Dillon’s Lemon Bitters
- 2-3
dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 3
ounces soda water
Cucumber slices, for garnish
Fresh cantaloupe, balled, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- In your cocktail shaker add the melon gin, bitters and juices. Add ice and shake.
- Step 2
- Strain into an ice filled Highball glass and top with soda water.
- Step 3
- Garnish & enjoy!
