Ingredients

1 1/2

ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky

1/2

ounce Dillon’s Amaretto

1/2

ounce spicy roots syrup

3/4

ounce lemon juice

2

dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters

Fresh lemon wheel, for garnish

Maraschino cherry, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Add ingredients to a shaker and shake for 8-12 seconds.
Step 2
Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
Step 3
Garnish with lemon wheels and a maraschino cherry.

Spicy Roots Syrup Recipe

  • 250mL water
  • 15g Spicy Roots Tea
  • 250g refined sugar

*Bring water to a boil and pour over tea. Allow to step for 15 minutes. Strain and blend with sugar on low in a blender until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool and store in fridge.
