Ingredients

ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky
- 1/2
ounce Dillon’s Amaretto
- 1/2
ounce spicy roots syrup
- 3/4
ounce lemon juice
- 2
dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters
Fresh lemon wheel, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
- Add ingredients to a shaker and shake for 8-12 seconds.
- Step 2
- Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
- Step 3
- Garnish with lemon wheels and a maraschino cherry.
Spicy Roots Syrup Recipe
- 250mL water
- 15g Spicy Roots Tea
- 250g refined sugar
*Bring water to a boil and pour over tea. Allow to step for 15 minutes. Strain and blend with sugar on low in a blender until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool and store in fridge.
