Distiller's Notes: Niagara German prune plums are macerated in a column distilled rum for a minimum of three months. The plum concentrate is then blended with separate botanical macerates and distillates including apricot kernel, fresh orange peel, vanilla, bitter orange peel, sarsaparilla, cherry bark, cassia and meadowsweet. This blend of spirits is then sweetened with cane sugar and gently filtered.
