INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Dillon's Method 95 Vodka
2 ounces fresh brewed earl grey tea
1 barspoon honey
3 dashes Dillon's Black Currant Bitters
2 ounces ginger beer
Lime wheel {fresh or dehydrated}, for garnish

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. In your cocktail glass add the vodka, tea, bitters and honey. Stir well to combine.

2. Add ice & ginger beer and stir to combine again.

3. Garnish with lime.
