Love Me Tender

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces hibiscus infused Dry Gin 7⁠
1 egg white {or 1 ounce aquafaba}⁠
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice⁠
1/2 ounce simple syrup⁠
2 dashes Ginger Bitters⁠
Dried hibiscus, for garnish ⁠

 

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:


1. In your cocktail shaker add all the ingredients.

2. Dry shake, then add ice and shake again.

3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a dusting of dried hibiscus

 

TO MAKE THE HIBISCUS INFUSED GIN:

Add 8 ounces of Dry Gin 7 to a mason jar and add 1 teaspoon of dried hibiscus flowers. Allow to steep for 2-3 days or until you’re pumped about the flavour. Strain and store until it’s time to mix.
