Niagara 'rita

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 ounces Dillon’s The White Rye
1 ounce Dillon’s Orangecello or orange liqueur of choice
1/2 ounce Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
fresh raspberries, to muddle + garnish
Coarse salt, to rim glass

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. Rim your glass with coarse salt.
2. In your cocktail shaker muddle 4 fresh raspberries.
3. Add remaining ingredients to your shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
4. Fill your glass with ice.
5. Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
6. Enjoy!
