Ramos Gin Fizz


  • 2 ounces Dillon's Unfiltered Gin 22
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce 35% whipping cream
  • 2 dashes orange flower water
  • 1 dash Dillon's Orange Bitters
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces soda water
  • lemon twist, to express over finished drink


1. Add all ingredients except the cream and the soda to a set of mixing tins and dry shake. 

2. Add heavy cream, a small amount of ice, and shake until ice is completely dissolved.

3. Pour into a Collins glass and allow to settle for a few seconds. 

4. Poke the surface with a straw, then pour soda through the hole until the drink rises above the rim of the glass.

5. Express a lemon twist over the drink, discard and serve.
