The Ital-Cadian Cocktail


• 1 oz. Dillon’s Rye Whisky
• 3/4 oz. aperitivo of choice {Campari or Capo Capo}
• 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Black Walnut Amaro
• 2 dashes Dillon’s DSB Bitters
• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. maple syrup


1. In your cocktail shaker, add the rye whisky, aperitivo, amaro, lemon juice, syrup and bitters.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Enjoy!
