The Spring Negroni

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 oz. Dillon’s Rose Gin or Dillon's Gin
• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz. Bitter Aperitivo {Campari or Select}
• 1/2 oz. Orangecello or orange liqueur
• 3 dashes Dillon's Ginger Bitters

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. In a mixing glass, combine the gin, vermouth, aperitivo, orange liqueur and bitters.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube.
4. Garnish with orange peel or dried rose petals.
