Winter Hot Toddy


• 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Rye Whisky
• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon local honey
• 3 oz. steeped tea {Earl Grey or Orange Pekoe}
• 2-3 dashes Dillon's Lemon Bitters



1. Brew your favourite tea - let steep up to 5 minutes.
2. While your tea is steeping, add hot water from kettle to your mug or heat-proof glass of choice. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then discard.
3. In your glass add the Rye Whisky, lemon juice, honey and bitters. Stir to combine and add tea.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
