Distiller's Notes:

Lemon balm and lovage from our distillery garden are cold steeped in our 100% rye grain spirit for several days. A separate maceration of chamomile, gentian, angelica also rests for a slightly longer period before being pressed, blended and sweetened with cane sugar. Gently filtered.
