Base: 100% Canadian rye

Residual Sugar: 250 g/L

Distiller's Notes:A combination of fresh orange peel, dried sweet and bitter orange peel, whole orange, cassia and coriander are macerated in our 100% Ontario rye grain spirit, before being vapour distilled through additional fresh orange peels.  This complex orange spirit is then blended with cane sugar and gently filtered.
