Base: 100% Canadian rye
Residual Sugar: 425 g/L
Distiller's Notes: Fresh local black currants are macerated in our 100% rye spirit for a minimum of three months. We use at least 300g of black currants per litre of spirit to ensure an incredible depth of flavour and intensity of fruit. After cold steeping, the fruit is pressed, and we allow the infused spirit to rest in stainless steel before sweetening with cane sugar and gently filtering.
